The SEER Group began with the belief that local home service companies thrive best when they're strategically supported and locally managed, keeping the people and leadership that built them. In 2018, entrepreneur Darrin Erdahl and 30-year industry veteran Eric Beardemphl came together with a shared vision to create a platform for growth that honors the values, identity, and spirit of the brands it partners with.

What started with a few brands in the Pacific Northwest has grown into 40+ HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies across the western United States, each rooted in its community and strengthened by a shared purpose to build something better, together.

Today, SEER is led by CEO Justin Nagy, who continues to champion the founding philosophy: preserve legacy, invest in people, and elevate business. Our teams work alongside every brand, to support each company in their unique path to success,  helping to facilitate growth and scale based on its goals.
